Microdosing Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria)

Microdosing Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria)

Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria) is a widely accessible gilled mushroom. It grows in temperate regions in the north and south. It's a fungus that lives with certain trees, giving them nutrients in exchange for carbohydrates.

Its striking appearance makes it the most known among sacred mushrooms, and even psilocybin mushrooms.

Fly Agaric can potentially be dangerous, especially in high doses. Consuming this mushroom can lead to unpleasant physical side effects or intense psychological experiences. We recommend experimenting with this mushroom cautiously, starting with a small quantity and proceeding with care. Microdosing with amanita can lead to health benefits and better well-being.

So what are muscaria microdoses, anyway?

Microdosing is consuming psychoactive substances in small doses (in this case, microdosing Fly Agaric). A microdose is a small amount, usually 2 to 10%, of a sense that gives a fraction of its full effects. A Fly Agaric microdose is usually around 0.3-2g for the red variety and 0.2-0.5g for the panther variety.

The main goal is to create mild effects instead of an intense psychedelic experience. You should halve the dosage if you experience a slight sense of euphoria after consumption. To get the benefits, you need to consume it regularly. Experts recommend taking it in the morning on an empty stomach and before bed at night.

You need to observe three key aspects.

  1. Maintaining low dosages
  2. Sustaining consumption over an extended period
  3. Having a specific intention

Fighting Addiction: Less alcohol use for most people, with 66% seeing stable results. Abstinence decreased by 36%, and consumption reduced by 34%.

Improved Well-being Diabetes and Psoriasis After a course of Fly Agaric microdosing, many respondents report relief from chronic disease symptoms.

Dosage

To get the best results, it's important to adjust the dosage based on your own sensitivity to the active ingredients. Take 0.5-1.5g of Red Cap in the morning and evening before eating as the recommended dosage.

Before starting a Fly Agaric microdosing course, experts suggest trying a small dose of 0.16g to see how your body reacts. Combine it with the intake of hedgehog mushroom in the same dosages, as recommended.

Methods of Administration

  1. Tea - Crush using a coffee grinder or finely slice (or simply break if you prefer convenience) - it's also fine to use it as is. Pour water heated to approximately 158 F into a flask. Allow it to steep for 40-60 minutes. Afterwards, add honey, lemon juice, or tart berries.
  2. Soup Instead of sugar and honey, you can add salt and spices to taste (pepper, bay leaf) and lemon juice (mandatory). It will taste like mushroom soup.
  3. Powder with Juice Grind finely mix the powder with citrus juice – orange, grapefruit, lemon. We do not recommend storing it in powder form as it quickly loses its beneficial properties.
  4. Make Fly Agaric Paste by grinding the caps into powder.
    • Remove any sand particles.
    • Mix the powder with honey in a 1:1 ratio.
    • The consistency should be like clay or slightly denser. Honey will reliably preserve and maintain the properties of Fly Agaric for many years.
  5. Capsules: Not the cheapest but practical method of administration. You can buy ready-made capsules for Fly Agaric microdosing or make them yourself. You can buy everything in our store – it's much more cost-effective.
