OUR STORY
Aho, Haux Haux, friend! The idea for our store took shape during an incredible ten-year spiritual journey that spanned the globe and changed our lives. We had the privilege of learning from renowned plant teachers like Ayahuasca, Wachuma, and Peyote, as well as gaining wisdom from venerable indigenous leaders of Amazonian tribes, including the Yawanawa, Huni Kuin, Ashaninka, Colombian Kogi people, and Mayan and Wixárika traditions from Mexico.
Throughout our journey, we actively participated in various philanthropic initiatives aimed at preserving the Amazon rainforest in Brazil and Colombia. We embarked on a profound exploration of Ayurvedic medicine in the sacred temples of Kerala, India. Back in our North American home, we were fortunate to receive the wisdom of the Navajo and Lakota peoples.
We are grateful to all of our teachers.
Red Cap was conceived through the fusion of ancient Amazonian knowledge, Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and contemporary scientific research.
